Small Group Coaching

Group Weight & Vitality Coaching

This coaching programme is a personal and comprehensive weight and vitality coaching consisting of 8 sessions (1 per week) in a small group of a maximum of 8-10 persons with additional ogoing support by Email and SMS for a sustainable success in everyday life.

Through my coaching programme, you will efficiently and effortlessly lose redundant weight and be able to keep your target weight and enjoy it at the same time. You will be provided with useful information and tips and tricks, and, most important, the necessary support and motivation for a successful and long-standing realisation of the concepts.

My coaching programme designed for small groups is perfect for those enjoying an exchange within a small group but who are not willing to renounce to personal support. I offer programmes at the heart of Zurich and in Adliswil on a regular basis (see Events).

  • Personal nutrition analysis
  • Boosting your fat-burning with specific nutrition plan regarding individual lifestyle, likes and dislikes. Will be adapted step by step for a sustainable success in everyday life
